After you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email instantly.

When your order is packed and ready to ship, we will send you a Dispatch Notification with tracking details.

You will receive an AWB Number (Airway Bill Number) in your order details and via email.

Open the courier partner's website (India Post, DTDC, or Delhivery), enter the AWB Number, and track your parcel live.

Check the Order Details section in My Orders
You can also find it in your order confirmation SMS

Tracking usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
You can track your order 24x7 using the AWB number on the courier company's website or app.
If you face any issue while tracking, feel free to contact our support team.
You can also track your order directly from the My Orders section in your account.
