Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your sacred crystals and healing products. You can return or exchange your order under the following conditions:

Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The packaging and tags must be intact
  • The product must be returned with the original invoice

Note: Due to the sacred and personal nature of crystals, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if the product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace it.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@divinesgrace.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Clearly mention your Order Number and the reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you with the return process and provide a return shipping label if needed.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
